At Luxery Brows & Lashes Studio, we understand that life happens — and sometimes plans change. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for both our clients and our staff.

โฐ Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your deposit, if one was paid.

๐Ÿšซ No-Shows

Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and may require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are not satisfied with your results, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds for prepaid services or deposits will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and at the discretion of the management.

๐Ÿงพ Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another person. They do not expire unless otherwise stated.
